This pattern includes directions to cover 7 foam blocks from 4" to 12" around. It also incudes a quilted Growth Chart and a Patchwork Pillowcase. You can use story blocks from 2 panels of Building Blocks fabric by American Jane for Moda.

Finished sizes are 4" to 12" Foam Blocks and 15 1/2"" by 69" Growth Chart.
